Josh Chandler-Semedo is a name you might know, but will surely remember him after what he pulled off.
The former three-star recruit, who stands 6-foot-1, 215 pounds, signed with West Virginia in the class of 2018 and has been a three-year starter at linebacker for the Mountaineers. In December, Chandler-Semedo made everybody happy when he announced that he was returning to Morgantown for his final year of eligibility.
In January, he took to Twitter to inform his followers that he was looking for a new SUV/Truck.

Chandler-Semedo would soon agree with a Twitter user that he should have a NIL to already have a vehicle.
That tweet changed everything as he would soon partner with Toothman Ford.
A litle over a month later, Josh Chandler-Semedo would again head to Twitter and announce he would enter the transfer portal.
I have officially entered the transfer portal ??

He may have gotten the deal, but it seems he never received a vehicle.
Let’s get something clear , not all of these kids get vehicles , and their agreements are individual in nature. It’s a different world now , we have now have employees leave without a proper notice , so don’t throw stones at kids the make their own decisions.
