Quinn Ewers had quite the debut on the field for the Texas Longhorns, but he surely had a much bigger surprise after the game.
Ewers looked good in his University of Texas debut. The highly touted freshman completed 16-of-24 passes for 225 yards with a pair of touchdowns as Texas cruised to a 52-10 win against overmatched Louisiana-Monroe on Saturday night.
Hours after the game, Ewers found out that campus police take their job very seriously.
“How’d I get towed during the game,” Ewers tweeted just before midnight Saturday.

His teammate Diamonte Tucker-Dorsey, a linebacker who made four tackles in his Longhorns debut Saturday, felt bad for him.
“They terrible,” Tucker-Dorsey tweeted.

Hopefully, he gets his car back quickly because his real test comes next week when the Longhorns face No. 1 Alabama.
