Let’s meet 7-foot-6 16-year-old basketball player Olivier Rioux, who’s also known as the World’s Tallest Teenager by the Guinness Book of World Records.
The Canadian finished up his freshman year at the IMG Academy and he easily garners attention in every room he walks in.
Check him out standing next to a normal-sized human being, who is Chicago Bulls play-by-play announcer Chuck Swirsky.
No words. You’ll be hearing a lot about this young man. Canadian Olivier Rioux is 7-6, 16 years young and is headed to IMG Academy in Florida. Wishing him the best. pic.twitter.com/uWr6guvLfT

Swirsky told a commenter that he’s 5’9″, the average male height in the United States.

Rioux was 5-2 in kindergarten. His dad Jean-Francois is 6-8, his mom Anne is 6-2.
Tacko Fall is currently playing ball in China, so he is already taller than every current NBA player.
While playing on Canada’s U17 World Cup team in Spain, he averaged just 2.7 points and 4.7 rebounds.
