One college football fan completely lost his mind during the Texas vs. UTSA game Saturday.
According to Rivals.com’s Anwar Richardson, a fan climbed onto the field and into the Bevo pit. He had to be pulled down and arrested while trying to mount Bevo.
“A person with issues jumped onto the field and climbed into the Bevo pit during the UTSA game. He started to mount Bevo before an officer pulled him down and arrested him (I saw the video). Bevo was not hurt,” Richardson wrote.
“Had a chance to see a second video (iPhone) that wasn’t a grainy droid video. The guy did try to get into the Bevo pit and was halfway in but was tackled by the officer. Still was a crazy scene,” Richardson tweeted.
Hopefully, video surfaces soon.
Texas ended up winning 41-20, and that’s a bounce-back victory after the close Alabama loss last week.
