Manti Te’o Got Emotional Receiving Standing Ovation At Notre Dame (VIDEO)

Manti Te’o deserves all the praise he has been getting over the past few weeks.

Te’o returned to South Bend on Saturday to watch the game between the Fighting Irish of Notre Dame and Golden Bears of Cal. Te’o was recognized during a break in the action and he received a standing ovation.

The moment left him overwhelmed.

The 31-year-old had a legendary career with the Fighting Irish. He won the Maxwell Award and was the Heisman Trophy runner-up as a senior in 2012.

Hoepfully, Te’o gives the team the juice they need to climb out of this 0-2 start to the season.

With last week’s 26-21 defeat to Marshall, Marcus Freeman became the first head coach in program history to lose his first three games in charge.
