The Vancouver Police Department is seeking the public’s help in finding a missing and endangered man.

That person is former Notre Dame football player Ethan Andrew Johnson and he was last seen Saturday, Oct. 8.

Johnson suffers from a traumatic brain injury, as well as schizo-effective disorder, paranoid schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder and depression. He is supposed to be on medication, and it is unknown if he is current on his dosage, according to police.

Johnson played defensive end for the Fighting Irish from 2008-10, logging 83 tackles, 17.5 tackles for loss and 12.5 sacks.

The former four-star recruit is described as a mixed-race male, with brown hair and brown eyes and a birthmark on his left ear and mole near his right eye. He’s about 6 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 210 pounds, according to the police department.

Hopefully, he will be returned safe and sound.
