Deion Sanders has fired back at a former NFL running back who criticized his response to the theft of Colorado Buffaloes’ belongings at the Rose Bowl. During their game against UCLA, several players reported that their jewelry, money, and other possessions went missing from the locker room.
Doc Holliday compared this incident to when Coach Prime had his own belongings stolen at Jackson State and suggested that Deion hasn’t shown the same level of outrage.
However, Sanders defended himself by pointing out that the two situations are not the same and asked Holliday to move on. Despite the controversy, Coach Prime is focused on preparing his team for their upcoming game against No. 16 Oregon State.
